Driftstörning 23 oktober från 00:00 till 07:30:
Under natten hade en del klienter och system problem. Protokollet soap (ex Comet nätverkslogger) hade stora problem men det förekom störningar även i andra system. Störningarna hänger troligtvis ihop med att vår leverantör håller på att byta datormiljö och vi genomgår en så kallad tyst migrering. Deras flytt avslutas med ett driftstopp 20:00 - 24:00 onsdag den 30 oktober.

We confirm that from our side, the issue has been resolved.
All network tests pass, monitoring and customer reports indicate that the connections are stable, and all subscribers can use data/voice/SMS services.
The root cause of the issue is under investigation.

Tele2 is now preparing to gradually unblock both EE and SE subscriber SIMs, with priority given to EE SIMs.

Tele2, along with the STP vendor and Signaling vendor, are actively engaged in troubleshooting the issue.
The issues seem to be caused due to STP links being unable to route or process incoming messages.
At the moment incoming signaling from both EE and SE subscribers remains blocked to prevent overloading on network infrastructure until the underlying root cause is resolved.
No improvements for 2G/3G services. Based on available monitoring 4G services are available with a minor increase in failures.

Historisk data i IntabCloud kommer fyllas på under ett par dagar, nyast data kommer in först och upp till 5 års historik (beroende på abonnemang) kommer fyllas på. I samband med systemunderhållet kommer historik äldre än 5 år* att arkiveras. Systemet kan upplevas något långsammare under perioden som mätdata importeras. Historiken bör vara färdigimporterad senast söndag eller måndag. Mätdata som skickas under perioden som systemet ligger nere bör i de flesta fall tas emot efter att IntabCloud åter är i drift och då läggas in retroaktivt.
*Intab kommer att arkivera data äldre än 5 år lokalt. Vill ni som har andra avtal än de på vår hemsida ha kvar äldre historik än 5år, kontakta oss så kan vi fylla på med den i efterhand. Avtal av den typen kommer behöva uppdateras, men vi återkommer till er gällande detta i separat mail när det blir aktuellt.
